Median Fund provides a community and investment platform for technologists, builders, and domain experts in the early stages of company creation. Our services include residency programs, founder fellowships, community events, and investment activities. Participation in any program is subject to application and acceptance at our sole discretion.

You will not use our platform to transmit harmful, offensive, or misleading content, attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, interfere with other users' use of our services, or misrepresent your identity or affiliation.

5. Application and Program Terms
Applications submitted through our platform become the property of Median Fund for evaluation purposes. Acceptance into any program does not guarantee funding, investment, or any specific outcome. Additional terms and agreements may apply to specific programs and will be provided upon acceptance.
6. Limitation of Liability
Median Fund provides its services on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, in the twelve months preceding the claim.
7. Confidentiality
Information shared within our community programs, events, and communications may be confidential. Members and participants agree not to disclose proprietary information shared by other members, speakers, or Median Fund without explicit consent.
8. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of San Francisco County, California.
